01. Our terms & conditions
Brava Security Force Ltd. ("BSF"), registered and operating under the laws of Kenya, provides professional security services throughout the East African region. By engaging our services, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All security personnel are professionally trained and licensed in accordance with Kenyan security regulations
- BSF maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all operations and personnel
- Our services are provided 24/7, with personnel working in designated shifts as per Kenyan labor laws
- Clients must provide accurate information and necessary access for security operations
02. License
BSF operates under full compliance with the Private Security Regulation Act of Kenya, Kenya Security Industry Association (KSIA) guidelines, and all relevant local and national security regulations. Our operating license is regularly renewed and all our security officers maintain current certification. We strictly adhere to Kenyan laws regarding the use of security equipment, uniforms, and protocols.
03. Reservation of rights
BSF reserves the right to modify security deployment based on threat assessments, implement emergency protocols when necessary, terminate services if client premises are found to engage in illegal activities, adjust service rates with 30 days' notice, and report security incidents to relevant authorities as required by law. BSF maintains ownership of all security equipment, monitoring systems, and proprietary procedures unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific client agreements.
04. Changes to the terms
BSF may modify these terms and conditions to comply with new security regulations, adapt to changing security landscapes in Kenya, incorporate new service offerings, address emerging security challenges, and update operational procedures.
Clients will receive written notification of any substantial changes 30 days prior to implementation. All modifications will be made in accordance with Kenyan law and industry standards.
05. Additional terms
Our services include armed and unarmed guard services, mobile patrol units, electronic surveillance systems, emergency response teams, and VIP protection services. Clients must provide safe working conditions for security personnel, report security concerns promptly, maintain confidentiality regarding security protocols, comply with BSF's standard operating procedures, and clear all payments as per agreed schedule.
06. Disclaimer
Brava Security Force Ltd. makes no guarantee against all possible security breaches and is not liable for incidents resulting from client non-compliance with security protocols. BSF maintains professional indemnity insurance as required by Kenyan law but will not be held responsible for force majeure events. The company reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment or security threats. This agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts under Kenyan jurisdiction.
